Cylinder Boring w/ Honing

Cylinder Boring is a service where we cut material from the ID of the cylinder bore. This ensures straightness of the cylinder, and is squared off of the deck. We use a Lemco 777 Boring Bar for this service, which will leave a "wire finish" to the cylinder bore. The cylinders will then be Finish Honed after this service, where final cross hatch finish will be achieved, and sized to the pistons. Finish Honing is included in this service and pistons are required at drop off.
