Cylinder Head Straightening is a service we provide when the situation fits. We fasten the cylinder head to a large fixture plate,and bake the head at 450*.   We allow complete natural cool down to relax the casting, and the cylinder head straightens out.  Sometimes more than one heat cycle is required.   We do this when camshaft journals are warped, or the deck is warped over .006" of an inch.
