This service is used for final wash, after machining and hot tanking. Submersing the head in hot soapy water, a whirlpool of jets flushes water through the cylinder head casting. This wash is best used for flushing media from cylinder heads and blocks.

Includes

1. Compressed Air Blow Gun.

2. Submersed in Jet Flush for 30 Min.

3. Rotated and Submersed for another 30 Min.

4. Compressed Air Dry - Blowing Out All Tapped Holes

5. Final Assembly Wash Required before Assembly.

Attention:

1. Must Be Hot Tanked Before This Procedure.
