Valve Guide Bore Repair

A Valve Guide Bore Repair is basically reaming and honing a scratched or enlarged guide bore to the next size up.  We bore out the ID of the existing guide bore with a carbide reamer, then hone the bore to a high tolerance spec.  This takes setting up a bore gauge, and running a reamer and honing stone all before installing the new guides. 

Includes

1.  ID Reamed to Size. 

2.  ID Valve Guide Hone Finish

3.  Includes Installing new guide, but valve guide honing will also be added to service bill.

Attention:  

1.  This is one of the few parts we will order for projects.  Allow 3-5 days delivery. 

2.  This is a custom repair for cast iron and aluminum cylinder heads.
